Work included demolition, grade and level area to accommodate for new work, correct storm water drainage, install (2) 8″ reinforced concrete pads, install new water and sanitary utility infrastructure, provide 300 linear foot of new Electrical service lines and associated panels. Work also included the installation of 400 linear foot of Type I 8′ security fencing and vehicle gates with 10′ OC posts embed 40″ deep of 3000 PSI concrete.
