This project was a four phase complete renovation spanning 3 floors and 20,000 square foot of occupied space. Scope of Work included Demolition, Asbestos Abatement, Infection Control, Mechanical, Electrical, Fire suppression, Masonry, Drywall and Metal Framing, Carpentry, Thermal insulation, Nurse Call, Flooring, Acoustical ceiling, Specialty furnishings, Doors and Frames, Automatic door operators and Painting.
