Scope of work included 10,000 square foot of asbestos abatement, Erect 1,200 linear foot of Structural Steel beams, Removal and Replacement of 15,000 square foot of Skylight System, 80,000 square foot of exterior Insulation and exterior insulation finishing system, Installation of 240 access panels, replacement of exterior sprinkler heads and 25,000 square foot of spray applied fireproofing. Materials were lifted utilizing a 200 Ton 70- foot crane while the interior was protected with a 13,000 square foot floating scaffolding system.
