Repair hurricane damaged roof requiring the demolition of existing roofing materials, flashing, base, roof insulation and aluminum caps. New work included installation of new rigid insulation, modified bitumen roofing sheets (3 ply in bldgs 300 and 304S), single ply EDPM membrane roofing in bldg 350, flashing, caps and reinstallation of existing roof mounted equipment.
