This project consisted of new vertical construction of a 25,000 sq ft Mental Health facility. The scope of work included:

• Extensive Site work (Demo, Grade and Infill 8,400 CY, Erosion Control)
• Underground Utilities (Demo and Replace Storm, Sanitary and Water lines)
• Auger Cast Piles (257) 16” diameter, 30’ deep
• Concrete, Forms and Rebar
• Masonry: 75,000 square foot new brick installation, 1,900 Precast panels
• Structural Steel (235 tons)
• Roofing: 23,600 sf. of EPDM
• Installed (108) Fixed and Side Hinged Exterior Dept. of Defense
• Blast Resistant windows.
• Stucco and EIFS: 3,500 square foot
• Finishes: Drywall and Metal Framing, Acoustical Ceiling, Flooring (Carpet, Ceramic, and Vinyl Sheet)
• Elevators (2 Passenger, 2 Service- 4 landings)
• HVAC and Plumbing (Extensive SOW)
• Electrical: (Extensive SOW: Generator, Transformers, Fire Alarm, Voice and Data, Security, CCTV)
