Scope of work included clearing and grubbing 13 Acres, construction of 4,147 linear foot of Erosion Control BMP’s, import 4,200 cubic yards of fill material, place 21,847 Square Yards of sod, Install 1,982 linear feet underground Storm Water Utilities and 17 Type E Boxes and repave 9,432 Square Yards of asphalt.
