Scope of work included interior and exterior renovations to include 20,000 square foot of masonry tuck pointing, replace 105 existing windows with new Dept. of Defense blast resistant fixed windows, Construct new 100 square foot masonry structure, Design and Erection of 6 new hurricane rated aluminum canopies, installation of 55 roof attachments.
