Design-bid-build project to provide the Government with a complete construction and warranty to replace the main electrical switchboard and establish a separate and independent emergency switchboard to handle critical load, supported by the generator. Work included excavation, concrete, transformer pads, HVAC, Ufer ground and a Computer Room Air Conditioning (CRAC) Unit was also added. The project was in a secure location with access through a secure checkpoint.
